Product Introduction
The FZ-type blowout preventer wear-resistant device features an automatic self-aligning thrust bearing, which not only effectively handles significant axial and radial forces but also provides automatic centering functionality. The wear-resistant component is made from a 35CrMo forged part that has undergone tempering treatment, ensuring excellent overall mechanical properties as well as outstanding wear resistance and fatigue strength. This device is installed between the blowout preventer's overflow pipe flange and the gate, allowing the square drill pipe to pass through its central opening. As a result, it protects the equipment from wear, ensures proper alignment of the drill pipe, and ultimately extends the service life of the blowout preventer—achieving the dual goals of reducing costs, minimizing resource consumption, and enhancing operational efficiency.
