  • Product Description
  • Product Introduction

The submersible slurry pump is primarily used in oil drilling mud systems, but the device is also suitable for applications in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, coal-to-coke facilities, refineries, steel mills, mining, paper manufacturing, cement plants, food processing, textile dyeing industries, and more. It excels at pumping thick liquids, heavy oils, oil residues, contaminated fluids, slurries, lime slurries, flowing sand, and even mobile sludge from urban drainage channels—along with fluids containing sand, silt, and solid debris, as well as highly corrosive liquids.

The YZ-type submersible slurry pump features a vertical, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal pump design. Its impeller is a semi-open type, with agitator blades extending from the suction side of the impeller. Hebei Guanneng Solid Control is a professional manufacturer specializing in submersible slurry pumps for oil drilling fluids. The YZ-type submersible slurry pump stands out for its robust pump shaft in the submerged section, ensuring sufficient rigidity. Notably, it eliminates bearings between the impeller and pump casing and does not rely on mechanical seals, making it ideal for handling media containing high concentrations of solid particles. Additionally, the pump requires minimal maintenance and boasts excellent resistance to high temperatures. The pump can be inserted into the liquid at depths ranging from 800 to 1,900 mm, and an optional suction pipe can be provided upon request. Power transmission is achieved via a vertical electric motor mounted on a motor base, connected to the pump through a coupling. When viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
