For drilling fluids in the JBQ series below 5.5 kW, a harmonic drive reducer is used, ensuring compact design, minimal footprint, and excellent mixing performance. Meanwhile, drilling fluid agitators above 7.5 kW feature a worm-gear reducer, offering advantages such as high torque transmission, smooth operation, and dependable performance.

    The JBQ series mud mixer features an arc-cylindrical worm reducer, with a cylindrical worm whose cross-section is arc-shaped, and a turbine gear profile that forms a conjugate circle matching the turbine. This design ensures reliable and efficient tooth engagement, delivering high performance while maintaining a compact, space-saving structure.
