  • Product Description
  • Product Introduction

Sand pumps are primarily used for conveying mud and wastewater, serving as a reliable mud supply for solid-liquid separation equipment such as desanders, desilters, centrifuges, filter presses, and filters. They can also function as mixing pumps for jetting systems, as well as make-up pumps or injection pumps for mud circulation systems. All models of sand pumps manufactured by our company feature mechanical seals, while wear-resistant components are crafted from abrasion-resistant alloy ductile iron castings. The pump’s entire base is produced via integral casting. Compared to conventional sand pumps, our models boast extended service life and dependable performance. Additionally, all components are fully interchangeable with those from internationally renowned pump brands, making it easier for users to quickly source replacement parts when needed.

    Advantages & Features

    1. All components are interchangeable with internationally renowned, widely-used brands, helping users reduce component inventory and lower procurement costs.

    2. The pump casing features a coaxial thickening design, which reduces vibration and wear during operation, thereby extending the service life of the pump casing.

    3. The pump casing is precision-cast from wear-resistant alloy ductile iron, offering superior wear resistance compared to pumps from competitors in the same industry.

    4. The open-type impeller design effectively reduces the load on the shaft and bearings, thereby extending the lifespan of the bearings.

    5. The impeller is precision-cast from wear-resistant alloy ductile iron, offering a longer service life compared to impellers from competitors.

    6. The impeller features an anti-loosening design to prevent damage to the sand pump in case of accidental reverse rotation.

    7. Equipped with high-quality mechanical seals to prevent sand pump leakage and minimize pump maintenance time.

    8. Replaceable shaft sleeve to prevent shaft wear.

    9. The bearings are made from internationally renowned brand components, ensuring stable operation and a long service life.

    10. The sand pump base has been upgraded from a welded base, commonly used by competitors, to an integral cast design, ensuring more stable operation and significantly extending the service life of the entire sand pump unit.
