Product Introduction
Upper guide: Used for straightening, positioning, and aligning the valve body assembly. It is made of 20CrMnTi material, which undergoes carburizing and quenching treatment, achieving an HRC rating greater than 60.
The lower guide is installed inside the cylinder cavity, serving to align and position the suction valve assembly. It consists of a guide body and an inner sleeve—where the inner sleeve is plated onto the guide body. The guide body is made from ZG35CrMo material, while the inner sleeve undergoes 20CrMnTi carburizing and quenching treatment.
