The management and maintenance of petroleum machinery and equipment are extremely important for petroleum enterprises, as they affect whether the enterprise can operate normally. The management and maintenance of these devices must fully consider the actual characteristics of the petroleum enterprise and strictly implement relevant management standards. First, during daily maintenance, attention should be paid to keeping the surface of petroleum machinery equipment dry. During regular use, some sediment residues are inevitably left behind, which increase wear during operation and cause equipment damage. At the same time, the bearings and friction parts of the equipment, as well as the temperature changes of the gearbox and hydraulic oil tank, should be monitored. The temperature of each part should not exceed 70°C. If it exceeds this temperature, the equipment must be stopped to reduce the temperature, and the cause of the problem should be promptly identified. Additionally, during the use of mechanical equipment, abnormal noises during operation should be carefully listened for. If abnormal sounds occur, it usually indicates a problem with the equipment, and the machine should be stopped for inspection and repair.
Second, regularly check the sealing condition of petroleum machinery equipment. If oil leakage is found at the seals, the equipment should be stopped immediately for treatment, and the leaking area should be properly sealed. In addition, regularly inspect the fasteners at all connection points, and if any are loose, they should be promptly tightened.
Third, regularly check the performance of all hoses. After working for a period of time, these hoses may crack or bulge. When this happens, the hoses should be replaced promptly. Frequently check whether the oil in the tank has deteriorated and add hydraulic oil in time. Also, regularly inspect the hydraulic system. When the filter indicator points to the red zone, it means the filter is clogged and the equipment should be stopped immediately to replace the filter to avoid damage to the oil pump or motor. Additionally, if the pressure gauge fails, it should be replaced promptly.
